This prototype was created in 2013. Most of us had no idea what we're doing and haven't made games before. It exploded on the internet all the same, and has since been played by millions of people around the world. We were awestruck by the reception, and somehow – with your help – we managed to bottle this lightning.
Superhot is an independent first-person shooter video game developed and published by Superhot Team. Though the game follows traditional first-person shooter gameplay mechanics, with the player attempting to take out enemy targets using guns and other weapons, time within the game progresses at normal speed only when the player moves; this creates the opportunity for the player to assess their. Super Hot is a First Person Shooter where time moves only when you move! With its unique, stylized graphics SUPERHOT finally adds something new and disruptive to the FPS genre. SUPERHOT's polished, minimalist visual language helps you focus on what's most important – the fluidity of gameplay and cinematic beauty of the fight!
